AEB would like to inform all interested companies that the Ministry of Economic Development of Russian Federation had amended the Decree # 427 regulating the procedure of public procurement auctions/tenders with the foreign produced goods. The Decree was adopted as one of the anti-crisis measures and still prescribes an application of 15% price preference for the Russian produced goods.
You can also find a Joint letter of Russian Ministry of Economic Development and Federal Antimonopoly Service. It contains the list of answers to the most frequently questions that arise in regards with the application of the Decree # 427. The joint letter among other questions also provides a methodology of calculating the price preference applicable to the offered price of the participant. It also contains a methodology of calculating ratings of the applications submitted to the State body organizing a public procurement auction/tender. |
