Unlimited Participation in AEB Activities
The AEB works hard to ensure that our sponsors get the most visibility and exceptional customer service. Sponsor benefits include:
Maximum Visibility
- Sponsor Company’s logo on AEB homepage, free of charge during sponsorship period.
- Sponsor Company’s name on all AEB official documents (letterhead, faxes, events calendar and electronic Newsletter).
- List of Sponsors printed on AEB general publications (Membership Directory, annual report, Position Papers).
- Larger company description in Membership Directory (300 words).
- Opportunity to distribute promotional material at the AEB office.
- Invitation to exclusive Sponsor Dinner(s) organised by AEB and hosted by the AEB Executive Board.
- Promotional opportunity to make a presentation to AEB members or to organise a social event with AEB support.
- Opportunity to display logo/banner at AEB Annual General Meeting (on AEB sponsor stand).
- Wall mounted Sponsor Certificate for sponsor premises and logo for promotional display in AEB office.
Priority Consideration
- Priority registration for Sponsors at high–profile AEB briefings and lobbying activities (in case of limited space, priority given to sponsors).
- Up to 4 Assigned members at EuroReceptions and high profiled events (according to AEB rules, only 2 assigned members of member companies are invited to AEB receptions and high profile events).
- Priority consideration of Sponsor Company’s issues and requests by AEB CEO and AEB staff.
- Special support: each Sponsor is assigned an AEB staff member who is the Sponsor’s point of contact in the AEB, with an annual meeting with the AEB CEO.
- 12 Assigned members, who may attend all AEB business events and participate in AEB committee work (substitutions are accepted).
- Distribution of Sponsor Company promotional material at relevant AEB Event (to be coordinated with AEB Event Manager).
