The AEB is pleased to invite you to a Round Table, “Can financial management methods, employed by foreign technologies, take root in a crisis?”, organized by the AEB IT-Telecom Committee, January 27th, 2009, AEB Conference room, from 10:00 to 13:00 (registration starts from 9:30).
At the Round Table, the following issues will be tackled:

- The peculiarities of the Russian market and the specificity of using financial management tools in a crisis

A rapidly changing economic environment, leads to an increase in the demand for quality and efficiency in the decision making process. In the face of a financial crisis, questions that require an immediate solution include: the primary sources used to finance a company’s main activities, which are necessary for the maintenance and purchase of equipment vital to its functioning; how to evaluate and forecast liquidity; the reserves that ensure a company’s financial stability; how to optimize its investment portfolio, how to optimize an investment portfolio, and ensure the accuracy and the timeliness of the efficient management.
