The AEB is pleased to invite you to a briefing by Andrey Slepnev, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
The event will take place on October 19th, 2010, in Moscow, at the Hotel Marriott Royal Aurora, ul.Petrovka, 11/20, hall Petrovsky 1, from 10:00 till 11:30 (registration starts at 9:30).
Andrey Slepnev was born in 1969 and graduated from the Nijny Novgorod State University, as well as the Specialized Law Institute under thå Moscow State University Lomonossov. He worked at the Centre for Strategic Research, with the Expert Department on Presidential Administration. From 2007 to 2009 he was the Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation. Since May 2009, he has been the Deputy Minister of Economic Development. Mr. A. Slepnev is part of the presidential management personnel reserve - “First Hundred”.
Within the Ministry, Andrey Slepnev is responsible for the state policy and regulation of external economic activities, including customs’ tariffs and international investment cooperation. He also oversees the monitoring and prognosis of world markets, social-economic processes and economic and trade policies in foreign states and their influence on Russia’s economic development. He is responsible for WTO issues and the Ministry’s participation in the trade and economic cooperation with foreign countries.
The working languages of the Event are English and Russian. Simultaneous translation will be provided.

Fee for additional representatives of AEB members is 3,000 RUR (VAT not applicable);
Fee for representatives of non-member companies: 6,500 RUR (VAT not applicable);
