We are pleased to invite you to participate in the third AEB Annual Migration Conference, organized by the AEB Migration Committee, with the participation of the representatives of the RF Ministry of Healthcare and Social Development, the Federal Migration Service and the RF State Duma.
This conference will take place on the 8th of December, 2009 in Moscow at the Ararat Haytt Hotel, from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm (registration will start at 09:00 am).

The Conference’s aim is to present the recent trends in the Russian immigration system and talk about further development. The following issues will be looked into:
· Proposed changes to the Russian immigration legislation: draft Law concerning a simplification of the work permit procedure for non-visa foreign citizens, draft Law on foreign employees of financial institutions;
· Quota (Foreign Labour Needs Forecast);
· Work Permit Application Process (Diplomas issues);
· Management positions - not subject to quota;
· Work permit procedure in Moscow and Moscow region for foreign employees of airline companies;
· Any Other Business (AOB).
The working language of the conference is Russian. English translation will be provided.

Attendance fees:
Fee for AEB members is 3,000 RUR (plus VAT 18%);
Fee for representatives of non-member companies: 3,600 RUR (plus VAT 18%);
