The AEB is pleased to invite you to participate in the first Event of the new AEB M&A Working group - a half-day Open Event on the recent M&A trends in Russia. The event will be held on September 17, 2009, in Moscow, at the Marriott Royal Aurora, starting from 9 am till 1 pm (registration starts at 08:30).
Issues such as investment financing, transaction structuring and other key M&A topics undoubtedly remain relevant, particularly during the time of a downturn. This event will provide participants with numerous opportunities to exchange views and ideas on the current M&A market.
The AEB has invited representatives of the RF Government, well-known M&A specialists, as well as representatives of European and Russian companies.

The working languages of the Event are English and Russian. Simultaneous translation will be provided.

Attendance fees:
AEB members’ participation for assigned representatives is free of charge;
Fee for additional representatives of AEB members is 3,000 RUR (VAT not applicable);
Fee for representatives of non-member companies: 6,500 RUR (VAT not applicable);
All payments are to be made by bank transfer. Once registration is closed, the fee is non-refundable.
