The AEB is pleased to invite you to a Round Table “Future of E-invoicing in Russia», organized by the AEB IT-Telecom Committee. The event will take place on March 11-th, 2010 at the AEB premises, Krasnoproletarskaya, 16, bld.3, entrance 8, floor 2, Conference hall “McKinley”, from 9:30 am to 12:00 am (registration starts from 9:00 am).
Now more and more companies going electronic in their buyer/supplier collaboration related to invoicing in Europe. Compared to paper invoices, e-Invoices may offer huge advantages for companies - they are easier to process, they reach the customer faster and can be stored centrally at very low cost. As we know Russia is still very much a paper society but to be up to date we step by step change over to the e-Government and e-commerce and soon we will change over to e-Invoicing. The Round Table, “Future of e-Invoicing in Russia”, will deal with the main practical and legal issues of launching e-Invoicing in the Russian Federation as well as the experience on how it is implemented in European countries.
Fast-moving development of IT technologies and the market overloaded with paper invoices, lack of relevant legal regulation are the main reasons which allow considering announced topic to be of particular importance in the Russian Federation today.
We believe that this event will be interesting both for those extensively involved in e-Invoicing and those only considering the possibility of joining this area of business.

AEB members’ participation for assigned representatives is free of charge;
