The AEB is glad to invite you to the open AEB Insurance and Pensions Committee meeting, "Cargo Insurance in New Reality".

Cargo insurance and logistics are one of the most change-sensitive industries. Already during the COVID-19 pandemic, significant changes have occurred in the structure of cargo flows. Due to more stringent and prolonged restrictions in Europe, difficulties with cargo handling at ports, and uneven distribution of containers across global locations, back in 2020 the industry determined a serious shift in favor of land transportation with a reorientation to the Far East and Asia.

During the meeting our experts will provide an information about cargo insurance in new reality, challenges and ways of risk mitigation, practice of claims handling and hold panel discussion “The dialog between the insurer and the transport market” with the participation of both parties.

The meeting will also provide a platform for discussion of the most pressing issues and questions businesses have. If you have any questions which you would like to raise during the forthcoming meeting or ask the speakers you can send them to the committee coordinator.

The event will take place on December 4, 2023 from 16:00 to 18:30 in AEB Office with a possibility to join via ZOOM.
