Protection and transfer of personal data is one of the most important topics discussed not only in the IT sector, but also in all economic spheres.
Roskomnadzor, being the main executive authority in the field of personal data protection, was active during 2023 and initiated a number of proceedings in connection with violations of personal data protection requirements, as well as the increasing number of leaks.
AEB regularly discusses legislative changes, approaches of law enforcement practice and elaboration of best practices for compliance with legal requirements in the field of personal data protection.
During the event Y. Kontemirov will answer the questions that were previously sent by representatives of AEB member companies on personal data issues.
Working language is Russian. English interpretation will not be provided.
