The AEB HR Committee is pleased to invite you to its Annual HR Conference "Human Resources in 2025: Challenges We Accept".

The event will take place on March 26, 2026, from 09:30 to 16:30 (registration starts at 08:45) in Moscow at the office of Melling, Voitishkin & Partners, ul. Lesnaya, 9.

This year's conference will provide a comprehensive overview of current HR practices, featuring a keynote session on innovative methodologies followed by deep-dive parallel sessions organized by the AEB HR Sub-Committees like Recruitment & Relocation, Compensation & Benefits, Assessment, Training & Development and Labour Law.

We are honoured to present our keynote speaker MIKHAIL PROKOFIEV, Coach, Facilitator of Strategic Sessions, and a Recognized Expert in Top-Management Development. He will lead a session on "Creative Thinking Methodologies – Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ)".

BYOGRAPHY

The agenda also includes practical panel discussions with representatives from leading companies sharing case studies on talent management, retention strategies, and navigating the latest labour law developments.

Fee for representatives of AEB members is 9,000 RUB (+22% VAT);
Fee for representatives of non-member companies is 11,500 RUB (+22% VAT).
