The AEB Real Estate Committee is pleased to invite you to a joint meeting with the Real Estate and Construction Committee of the Russian-German Chamber of Commerce, which will be devoted to the results of 2023 and forecasts for 2024 in the real estate market.

The joint meeting will be held on December 12 at 15:00 at: Moscow, Fili Grad Business Center (Beregovoy proezd, 5A, k1, floor 17).

Leading real estate market experts from the National Association of Office Operators and Co-working Centers, Kadeon Development, NF Group, Tablogix and Commonwealth Partnership will speak at the event. The panelists will offer a general overview of the main market segments (industrial construction, classic offices and co-working spaces, retail real estate and warehouses), highlight the results of their development in 2023, point out the main trends and deliver their forecast for the coming year 2024.

The guests of the event will also be offered a tour of the F2.FILI co-working center (located in the same building).

We will inform you additionally about the availability of online broadcasting.

The working language of the event is RUSSIAN, translation will not be provided.
