- AEB SME Committee is aimed at representing the interests of European SMEs in Russia, facilitating exchange of information and helping to improve business environment for their activities.

- AEB SME Committee’s survey is conducted on a regular basis to monitor needs and interests of small businesses and provide an effective and timely assistance. The survey’s results will be used to identify SME specific, priority issues, which must be addressed and plan the Committee’s events and other activities.

AEB SME HELPDESK
From March 12, 2012, the AEB SME Committee will be introducing a HELPDESK service.
The main objectives of the SME HELPDESK are to provide SMEs and Entrepreneurs with practical advice, support and direct access to a wealth of knowledge and relevant expertise within the SME Committee whose members have considerable experience doing business in Russia.
The SME HELDESK will be available 7 days per week on a free of charge basis to all AEB members on ek@aebrus.ru.
All enquiries that can be handled directly by the SME HELPDESK team will be answered within 48 hours. All other enquiries will be forwarded to the relevant AEB committee to be addressed immediately.
