Committee Objectives	Action Plan
Represent the interests of European business community in Krasnodar Krai Promotion of investment image of Krasnodar Krai Supporting favourable investment climate in the region Exchange of investment experience Maintaining constructive dialogue with local authorities	Regular meetings with representatives of local authorities to coordinate framework of cooperation Active participation in the Foreign Investment Advisory Council under the aegis of Head of Krasnodar Krai Administration Expansion of activities to the entire Southern Federal DIstrict Organisation of Open Meetings and networking events (Euro-receptions)

Committee's Accomplished Activities in 2010

A successful work relationship was established between the Committee and the regional authorities:

Consultative Committee on Foreign Investments under the Mayor of Krasnodar was successfully formed
A joint event plan for 2010 was signed and realised by the AEB South Regional Committee and Krasnodar City administration
Meetings between the vice-governor of the Krasnodar region and members of the AEB South Regional committee were organised

The following key partners for organising joint events were:

Non-profit partnership - “Regional Development Council”, became a long-term partner in the program - “Social Partnership territory”
Media Holding company “Expert” became a long-term partner in the program Social Partnership territory” and the annual cross regional Forums of the largest South Federal district and North-Caucasian Federal district companies.

Over 50 publications and TV-appearances in regional media featured AEB South Regional Committee events.
The number of member companies increased from 21 to 31.
The South Regional committee became an expert in the field of foreign investments to the Krasnodar region for government and non-government organisations and the mass media.

July 28^th, 2010 - Meeting between AEB South regional Committee members and the representative of the Federal Migration Service

July 8^th, 2010 - Annual Legal conference - “Building Sochi” (co-organised by leading legal companies)
November 10^th, 2010 - The 4^th cross regional forum of the largest South Federal district and North-Caucasian Federal district companies (co-organized by Media holding company “Expert”)
