European companies with a direct interest in the Russian agricultural and food industries. These include companies involved in agricultural production and processing, supply of inputs and equipment for the agricultural sector, as well as agricultural banks and supervision companies.

- To exchange information on agricultural issues
- To promote the activities of European agribusiness in Russia

- To address technical regulatory issues relating to the practical implementation of the Law on Technical Regulations
- To make the process of registration and certification less time-consuming and less costly
- To become better informed on the official policies and legal framework of genetically modified products in Russia
