Adelya Dmitrieva

Adelya joined the AEB in June 2007 as Finance Manager. She graduated from Tashkent State Economic University in International Finance and Credit and International Economic Relationships. Before joining the AEB Adelya worked with the Swiss Development and Cooperation Office in Uzbekistan as a financial administrator, for USAID Enterprises Development Project providing strategic planning for small and medium-sized enterprises in Uzbekistan, and for the Embassy of Switzerland in Tashkent. Her educational background includes the University St. Gallen, Switzerland, Marketing, Services and Communication; the University Bochum, Germany, Economics; Th. Goldschmidt AG, Essen, Internship with the Department of Financial Statement and Accounting; and the Goethe-Institute, German course (Constance, Germany). She speaks English, German and Russian.

Olga Andrianova

Olga has joined the AEB Accountant in 2010. She graduated from the Moscow State University with degree in Economics and has a very extensive accountancy experience from 1989. Olga speaks Russian and fluent English.

Vera Solovaya

Vera was born in Moscow and studied linguistics and pedagogy at the Moscow State Linguistic University. She is the AEB Office Manager & Personal Assistant to the CEO. Vera speaks English, Russian and a bit of Spanish.

Yuliya Sheglova

Yuliya is the AEB Project manager for market researches and statistics. Before joining the Association Yuliya gained extensive experience within the production company operating in the field of Renewable Energy. Her specific focus was on sales and analytical marketing. She has longstanding international experience through global and regional affairs. Yuliya holds a degree from Moscow State Pedagogical University (MA in English and Geography) and is currently working towards a degree in Finance (International Monetary and Financial Relations).

Svetlana Erina

Svetlana Erina joined the AEB in March 2010 as the Administrative assistant. She has graduated in 2008 from the Moscow State University of Management (GUU) as a tax specialist.
Before joining the AEB Svetlana worked in the Business Risks Services Department in Ernst and Young and in Marketing Department in Baker & McKenzie.
Svetlana speaks Russian and fluent English.

Ekaterina Tereshchenko

Joined AEB as an Assistant to GR-Manager Crop-Protection Committee in March, 2012. At the moment Ekaterina is a Second-year master student at the National Research University-Higher School of Economics, Master’s Program "Political Analysis and Public Policy". Graduated from the State University- Higher School of Economics, Management Faculty (Bachelor’s Degree).
