The Role of the Audit Commission
The Audit Commission is a sub-committee of the Council of National Representatives (CNR) of the AEB. The purpose of the Commission is to assist the CNR to maintain best practices in relation to financial reporting, internal controls and the internal and external audit functions, to a level appropriate under internationally accepted standards.
